Role-Based Access
The GSTA app uses role-based access controls. Information may be visible based on the user's role and permissions.
- Admins may access information needed to manage the academy, users, programs, payments, documents, and operations.
- Coaches may access player, session, attendance, evaluation, and communication information needed to perform coaching responsibilities.
- Parents or guardians may access information related to their linked junior players.
- Junior players may access limited information if permitted by a parent, guardian, or GSTA.
- Adult players may access their own account, registrations, payments, and player information.
GSTA may change access permissions as needed to protect users, comply with policies, or manage operations.
Information About Minors
The GSTA app may collect information about junior players for registration, scheduling, safety, attendance, evaluations, progression, communication, and program participation.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating or approving junior player accounts and providing accurate information.
For players under 13, parent or guardian management is required. Players 13 or older may be allowed limited account access only when permitted by a parent, guardian, or GSTA.
If we learn that information has been collected from a child under 13 without proper parent or guardian consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete, restrict, or correct that information.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive SMS messages, GSTA may send text messages related to scheduling, reminders, weather or location changes, registration updates, evaluation updates, program notifications, account notices, and other service-related communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help.
SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

The GSTA app may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, communication providers, scheduling tools, authentication providers, analytics tools, or external websites.
These third-party services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. GSTA is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no app, website, database, system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. GSTA cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for notifying GSTA if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

User Choices and Account Updates
Users may update certain account information within the app or by contacting GSTA.
You may request correction or deletion of certain information, subject to legal, safety, business, insurance, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.
Parents or guardians may request updates to junior player information.
GSTA may deny or limit deletion requests where information must be retained for legitimate business, safety, legal, insurance, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
Photos, Videos, and Media
The app may store or reference media permissions based on signed waivers, releases, or consent forms.
GSTA may use photos, videos, or other media only as allowed by the applicable waiver, media release, registration agreement, or consent form.
Business Protection and Enforcement
